Jerry O'Sullivan in Presidential Bid

February 27, 2019

Best wishes to Cloyne's Jerry O'Sullivan in his bid to be elected Uachtarán Cumann Luthchleas Gael next year.

O'Sullivan, who recently concluded a six-year stint as Vice-Chairperson and Chairperson of the Munster Council, has served Cork GAA in many different capacities, and chaired the County Board from 2009 to 2011. He previously filled the roles of County Vice-Chairperson, Youth Officer, and Coaching Officer - the first person to fill the latter role when it was initiated in 2001. He also served as PRO and Vice-Chairperson of the East Cork Board, before taking over as Chairperson from 1992-97, and has been involved in his own club for many years, both as a player and administrator.
