Team Updates:
u14s
The u14s trained Sunday and again tonight and will play a challenge match away to Beal Atha'n Gaorthaidh on Thursday away at 7pm as they continue to build towards championship
u16
The u16s had a good win versus Canovee in a challenge game last Thursday evening, 23 players togged out on the night and all saw game time in what was a good game to build towards championship.
Minor Footballers
The Minor Footballers continue to train towards remaining league game and championship and will play a challenge game this Thursday evening 11th July away in Baile Mhuirne.
Junior B Footballers
The Junior B footballers were in league action last Wednesday night v Kilmurry in Kilmurry and came away with a worthwhile draw. Kilmurry drew the game with the last kick of the ball and Macroom showed well on the night through younger players Jack Kelleher, Jack Cronin, Eolan O'Leary and Robert Healy.

The Juniors next game is Mid Cork League at home to Ballinora on Monday 15th July.
Premier Intermediate Footballers:
Macroom Premier Intermediate Footballers concluded their County Division 2 league programme on Sunday 07th July with defeat at home to Eire Og on a scoreline of Eire Og 2:14 Macroom 2:12

Attention now turns to Premier Intermediate Football Championship Round 2 where Macroom will play St. Vincents in Ovens on August Bank Holiday Sunday at 3pm.
Tom Creedon Cup Final:
The Tom Creedon Cup Final will take place this Friday night 12th July between Knocknagree and Cill na Martra at 8pm. Please come down and show your support for the competition which honours our former great club man.
Mid Cork Junior A Football Championship
This Sunday night the 14th July, the Castle Grounds will play host to a third round tie in the Mid Cork Junior A football championship at 7pm between Uibh Laoire and Kilmichael. Please contact Joe Carroll if you are available to steward on either Friday or Sunday night.
Cúl Camps:
The Macroom GAA Cúl Camps will take place next week from 15th to 19th July, it should be a great few days of training and fun - big thanks to all in the juvenile club for organising especially the coordinator of it all Shane Dunne.
